Job Description: ZerLux is looking for an experienced CNC Specialist to operate and program our high-precision machining centers. You will be responsible for manufacturing complex parts for downhole tools and collaborating closely with our engineering team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manufacturing: Production of high-precision metal parts based on engineering drawings and programs.
- Machine Operation: Tool measurement, offset adjustments, and correction of machined parts.
- Collaboration: Active participation in the manufacturing process and daily cooperation with mechanical engineers to optimize production.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 4-5 years of hands-on experience with CNC Lathes or Turning Centers.
- Teamwork: Ability to work effectively in a technical team environment.
Nice to have:
- Machine Knowledge: Experience with Gildemeister (CTX600, CT60, CT20), Takisawa TM 20, Akira Seiki V4XP, or DMU 125D.
- Programming: Ability to write and modify basic programs in G-code.
