Job Description: We are looking for a proactive Field Engineer to lead the deployment of our advanced downhole technologies. In this role, you will be the face of ZerLux on the field, ensuring operational excellence and delivering high-value technical solutions to our global clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute Field Operations: Lead the on-site deployment and operation of proprietary ZerLux technologies, ensuring safety and efficiency.
- Technical Support & Troubleshooting: Provide expert-level diagnosis and resolution of technical issues in dynamic field environments.
- Client Training: Conduct comprehensive training sessions for client personnel on product operation and maintenance.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze operational data to generate actionable insights and draft detailed technical reports for stakeholders.
- Equipment Readiness: Oversee the testing, maintenance, and mobilization planning of critical equipment.
- Client Liaison: Act as the primary technical point of contact for clients during projects.
Requirements:
- Technical Aptitude: Strong engineering mindset with the ability to understand complex mechanical and electronic systems.
- Global Mobility: Willingness to travel extensively on short notice for international assignments.
- Language Skills: Fluent professional English (both written and verbal) is mandatory.
