Job Description: We are looking for a talented Embedded Engineer to design the electronic brain of our next-generation downhole tools (Laser Calipers, Camera Systems). You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of the electronics, from schematic design to firmware development.
Key Responsibilities:
- System Design: Design and testing of electrical systems for industrial optical and laser measurement tools.
- Hardware Development: PCB design, layout, prototyping, and hardware debugging.
- Firmware Development: Writing efficient, reliable code in C/C++ for embedded systems.
- Troubleshooting: Deep-level diagnostics and fault finding in complex electronic circuits.
Requirements:
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in embedded system development.
- Architecture: Deep understanding of Microchip PIC microcontrollers.
- Coding: Comprehensive knowledge of C++ and version control systems (Git).
- Language: Professional English proficiency (written and spoken).
Nice to have:
- Experience with ARM Cortex-M microcontrollers or NXP i.MX 8 processors.
- Background in Embedded Linux development or Linux OS.
- Knowledge of Control Theory
