Zerlux designs, manufactures, tests, and supplies downhole cameras for oil, gas, and geothermal applications. The systems deliver 1080p imaging in high temperature and high pressure conditions, up to 160 °C (320 °F) and 1,000 bar (15k psi). The modular design allows flexible configuration. Cameras are deployed on slickline in memory mode or on E-line with real-time, memory, or hybrid operation, and also on coiled tubing.
Our technology is field-proven worldwide. Zerlux cameras have been sold across Europe, the Middle East, Asia, and North America, with more than 500 completed runs in various well environments. The systems are used by operators and service companies in daily field operations.
All downhole cameras are manufactured at our facility in Hungary. Across more than 1,600 m², over 98% of the process is handled in-house, including design, machining, assembly, testing, and final packaging before shipment.
We operate our own workshop equipped with CNC milling and cutting machines, ensuring full control over production and consistent quality.
